Read your first document

1. Sign in at app.easting.ai. If you have not got an account, start free: three documents, no card.
2. Open a recorded document. PDF, TIFF, PNG and JPEG all work, up to 32 MB. A multi-page TIFF from a register of deeds and a phone photo of a recorded page are both fine; the service converts them on arrival.
3. Wait. Extraction typically takes 10 to 60 seconds depending on the document.
4. Review what came back. Nothing reaches a map unreviewed.

A document the service cannot read costs nothing: failed extractions never spend a credit.

A folder at a time

Submit a directory and every document goes as one batch. Results come back together, usually within the hour, and each opens for review as it settles. The batch is admitted whole or refused whole, so a quota refusal costs nothing.

Worst-first ordering puts the documents that need you at the top: ten documents is fine to scroll, a hundred is an unsorted pile, so the queue sorts by how much attention each result is asking for.

What you get back

One card per tract carrying a verdict, the closure ratio, the computed area, and the full call table where every row keeps its verbatim source text. Tie courses render in their own table, separate from the boundary.

The call table is wider than the panel and scrolls inside it, so the verbatim column keeps its full width rather than being squeezed to fit.

The document’s own metadata rides along: grantor and grantee, recording references, plat citations, and the extractor’s notes.
