What a document costs

A Standard seat is $10 a month with 50 documents included, then $0.40 per document. A $30 document pack holds 10 credits that never expire. Metered is $0.50 a document with nothing included and no seats, for the API buyer who does not want to administer either.

What never bills

A failed extraction never spends a credit. If the service cannot read a document, you are not charged for finding that out.

A batch is admitted whole or refused whole. A folder that would take you past your quota is refused before anything runs, so a quota refusal costs nothing.

A REVIEW or FAIL verdict does bill. The service read the document and did the work; the verdict is the product, not a failure of it. See verdicts for why a REVIEW is worth as much as a PASS.
