Changelog
What each plugin release added. Server-side improvements ship continuously and reach every version that can express them, so a feature dated here is a feature the plugin learned to show rather than the day it started working.
The QGIS plugin repository lists only approved versions, so a release marked as in review will not appear in the plugin manager until it clears.
August 2026, in review
- Start free without leaving QGIS. Settings has a signup form: three documents, no card, in exchange for an email, company and role. The key is written straight into your QGIS profile.
- Correct what was misread. Double-click a bearing or a distance in the call table, type what the instrument says, and the service re-verifies and re-signs the document. Nothing is overwritten; the certificate prints your change beside what was extracted. See corrections.
- Close the shape. Fit a tract’s courses by compass rule when the recorded description does not close. The verdict does not change, because the record still does not close.
- The user guide moved here. Settings links the QGIS guide directly; the old easting.ai/help/ URL forwards forever for the versions that carry it.

- Suggest locations. Ask the service whether a tract commences at a PLSS corner it can resolve, preview the parcel there, and confirm it yourself. It declines far more often than it fires, and says which corner it tried.
- Curves draw as arcs everywhere: preview, placed layers, GeoPackage and the certificate figure. A chord misstates a highway curve by tens of feet at mid-arc.
- Save GeoPackage… is server-written from the extraction itself, the same file the browser saves.
- Save DXF… is reachable again. The button was built and never added to the dock, so CAD export had been available only through the browser and the API.

- Extract folder…: submit a directory as one batch.
- Save DXF…: CAD export beside GeoPackage, true arcs, unplaced by design.
- Plats and utility as-builts identified; a plat’s printed call tables become placeable tracts that face the deed closure check.
- TIFF, PNG and JPEG accepted, up to 32 MB via staging.
- Meters, varas and chains convert correctly and display in the document’s own unit. See units.
- Save certificate…: the certificate as a PDF, each tract drawn to scale.
- Long documents no longer time out: extraction is submitted and polled.
August 2026, listed
- Recorded easements and rights of way as a document class: burden card, honest refusals, square-foot verification for small easements.
- Group placement: one click on a shared commencement point places every tract.
- The $30 document pack named in Settings.
